Our Story
Ark Vision Spare & Engineering Pte Ltd, incorporated in Singapore on 20th August 1998, is a focused stockist and supplier of marine spares & equipment to shipping related establishments. Since then, we have consistently strengthened our position in the Asian market to become the largest and most dynamically developed stockist and supplier of new & reconditioned, genuine & OEM marine spares and equipment.
We operate from approximately 32,000 square feet warehouse & workshop in Tuas, Jurong, in close proximity to the Shipyards and key supporting services, eg, equipment manufacturers, machining & logistics service providers, etc. We have achieved ISO 9001 quality certification and BizSafe Level 4.

Our Journey
Ark Vision Founded
Rented warehouse in Gul Road with 2 staff members, focusing on marine spare parts supply. Appointed as distributor and service agent for Northey Technologies UK for Singapore and South East Asia.
Expansion
After operating from rented warehouses we moved to our own 32,000 square feet office, warehouse and workshop in 51, Tuas Ave 1. with 10 staff members.
Growth
After operating from rented warehouses we moved to our own 32,000 square feet office, warehouse and workshop in 51, Tuas Ave 1. Our staff strength has grown to 25 members.
Global Expansion
- Appointed as distributor for PMAX Filters from Australia.
- Incorporated PT Ark Visi Teknik Indonesia and opened new office in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Shanghai.
- Appointed distributor and service agent for H. Cegielski Poznan, licensee of MAN & Sulzer 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines from Poland.
- Appointed distributor and service centre for Gali Group from Spain.
Further Progress
- Achieved net positive carbon footprint by implementing energy-efficient practices and investing in renewable energy sources
- Refurbished and fully operationalized the shipyard
- Acquired minority stake in Engineering service company, DieselMech Group
